These terms apply to the use of Clarissimum and the purchase of the paid reports. The contracting party is Dilaver Öcalan, Salzburg.
Clarissimum collects consent-based anonymous feedback from the people around you and presents it in aggregated form. The paid element is an aggregated report. No individual ratings are output and no statements about attractiveness, age, origin or health are made.
The contract for a report comes into being when you submit the order via the button marked as subject to payment and the payment is confirmed (§ 8 Abs 2 FAGG).
The prices shown during the order process apply, incl. statutory VAT (Private report €2.99, Business report €3.99, Community report €9.99).
Payment is handled via our payment service provider as merchant of record. The report is unlocked server-side after confirmed payment.
Only people who consent themselves may be invited. Abuse, insults and any attempt to de-anonymise respondents are prohibited.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the Withdrawal instructions.
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. For consumers the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
Clarissimum needs two technically necessary cookies so you can log in and answer questions. In addition we measure how the site is used with Google Analytics, anonymised, but only if you explicitly agree. You decide. Which ones exactly, and for how long
"Necessary only" lets you log in with no analytics at all. "Reject" sets no cookies: you can still read everything, but not log in.
