Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons (§ 11 FAGG). The period begins on the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise it, a clear statement to Dilaver Öcalan, 5020 Salzburg, support@clarissimum.com is sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form for this, but you do not have to.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal we refund all payments already received without delay, at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your statement, using the same means of payment as for the order. This incurs no cost to you.

Early expiry for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance (creating and unlocking the report) after you expressly requested that we begin before the withdrawal period ends, and you confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 18 Abs 1 Z 11 FAGG). We obtain both actively and separately during the order process.
